In order to reduce or footprint we take several in-office steps to reduce waste, recycle, and reuse.

| We recycle through the City of Minneapolis Recycling program. We recycling everything we can that is not composted. Electronics are also dropped off at designated sites. | We compostpaper, cardboard, and excess and waste food products. This is ultimately used by employee's for gardening and at times may be donated to the general public. We use two types of composting. The standard method that involves turning a pile in a system. We use a rotating system thatmakes it easy and simple to rotate. We also use vermicomposting, which uses reg wiggler worms to perform the composting.

| We use full spectrum compact flourescents with a mercury amalgam(to prevent mercury leaching into the environment) and didpose of our CFL's at designated places only. | We use local Peace Coffee that is brought to the local Co-Op grocery stores via bicycle and biodiesel trucks. Snacks and food items are preferred to be local when available. |
